With our monthly packages, you reserve a fixed weekly lesson slot. They are ideal for children, teens, and adults who wish to learn piano with enthusiasm and long-term commitment. Consistency is essential for steady progress—just as with all the good things we hope to enjoy for many years.
Monthly packages are offered through a lesson agreement.
📅 How many lessons are included in the monthly package per year?
Lessons included in our monthly packages occur once a week, except during Hamburg school holidays and on official public holidays. Whenever Hamburg primary schools are in session, our piano lessons take place as well.
This adds up to approximately 36–38 lessons per year.
✨ Start with ease – with a trial month
To let you explore our piano lessons in a calm and comfortable way, every agreement starts with a trial month. During this period, you receive weekly lessons following the regular structure and can get to know the teaching approach, your teacher, and the overall atmosphere—completely without obligation.
During the trial month, you are free to cancel the contract at any time, effective at the end of the month, with no long-term commitment.
📄 When can I cancel my contract? Is there a minimum term?
After the trial month, the contract continues for an indefinite period and may be terminated with three months’ notice to the end of any month.
This gives you planning security while still offering enough flexibility if your circumstances change, your child develops new interests, or a break becomes necessary.
🤷🏽♀️ What happens if a lesson is cancelled?
If you or your child happen to miss a lesson—whether due to illness, vacation, or other personal reasons—the lesson unfortunately cannot be made up or rescheduled.
Our teachers plan their time in advance, and most lesson slots are fully booked on a long-term basis.
However, if a lesson is cancelled on our part, it will either be taught by a substitute teacher or refunded.
For long-term or unforeseeable circumstances: If, in exceptional cases, several lessons in a row cannot be attended, please feel free to talk to us. Within our possibilities, we will do our best to find a suitable solution. 😉
