Our 10-lesson packages give you maximum flexibility with no long-term obligation. They’re perfect for those who cannot commit to weekly lessons because of professional, family, or other personal schedules.
🗓️ Within what time period can I use my 10-lesson pass?
The 10-lesson pass is valid from the date of your first lesson and can be used flexibly within 5 calendar months.
✨ What happens if I can’t attend a lesson?
Out of consideration for our teachers and their scheduling, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a booked lesson.
Providing timely notice allows us to offer the slot to someone else and ensures smooth planning for everyone involved.
Of course, unexpected situations can always arise—we fully understand that. However, as a general rule, short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) must be charged, as the slot usually cannot be reassigned on such short notice.
🎹 Can I change teachers within my 10-lesson pass?
We and our teachers are flexible in this regard. However, we recommend taking several lessons with the same teacher, as they know your current pieces, goals, and learning progress — and can therefore support you best on your musical journey.
✅ Do I receive some kind of stamp card, or how do I keep track of the lessons I’ve already used?
No worries — we take care of that for you!
As a music school, we naturally keep a record of all booked and completed lessons. Everything is documented in our internal booking system, so it’s always clear how many lessons you still have remaining.
You don’t need to keep track of anything — just enjoy your piano lessons. 🎶
